Delivery Information

At URBAN FLOWER we offer FREE same day delivery Monday to Saturday (Please note: we are closed Sundays and public holidays).

Deliveries to all Sydney suburbs are available same-day as long as the order is placed before 2pm. If you require a delivery on the same day later than this time, please call our friendly staff on 1300 225 510 to see if we can accommodate your request.

In most cases we can offer same-day Nation-wide delivery where the order is placed before 10am. As a general courtesy, we ask that international orders be placed 24 to 48 hours before you desired delivery date.

We are located in Sydney, New South Wales. If your delivery is to somewhere other than the Sydney metro area, it will be sent through our network of florists (Petals Network). Orders being sent to areas outside the Sydney Metro area are subject to our substitution policy.

All products on this site are INCLUSIVE of DELIVERY CHARGES and GST. For your order to have delivery charges included in the cost quoted on this site, there is a minimum spend requirement of $59.

Free delivery only applies for deliveries which are not specific time deliveries. Orders which are Delivery inclusive include orders for delivery before 7pm to residential addresses, delivery before 5pm to businesses*, and delivery before 3pm to schools* (see our terms and conditions). Any orders placed after 2pm for our Same Day delivery service will incur delivery charges.

If you have requested a specific time delivery a customer service representative will contact you to discuss the additional fees which may apply before charging your card.
