 We love flowers and are totally committed to offering the highest quality flowers and excellent prices.  Flowers are fresh living things and it is imperative that once they have been cut that you receive them as soon as possible.  We buy our flowers market fresh almost daily, so your flowers are never more than two days old and during the summer we turn our flowers over even faster.  For weddings, funerals and functions we will pre-order the flowers especially for the event and groom the flowers so that they look their best at the time of the event.

We value all our customers and want to provide them with excellent service at all times and deliver them the best blooms available.  If at any time you are not completely happy with our service or our products, please let us know so we can rectify any errors or oversights that may have occurred.  We are here to help and have a dedicated team which will go the extra mile to ensure that you are satisfied with Urban Flower.

Your Responsibility

With flowers, time is of the essence. In order to qualify for the above 100% satisfaction guarentee we ask that you ensure that we are notified of any problems as soon as is possible. In the unlikely event that you find our product less than satisfactory, we must be notified within 24 hours to ensure that some resolution can be made.
