I liked the pink colours in the sample shown when ordering and hoped our flowers would be pretty much the same. The flowers delivered had mauve roses included which I find depressing. Personal preference. It would be good if there was somewhere you could request more specifically what you want. Not just a sentence saying you use what`s available at the time as a disclaimer. The quality of the roses was good. I think it`s better to order over the phone if possible rather than not getting exactly what you want, especially when you pay over $200.

I purchased Amber Everlasting flowers and a soft touch blanket for my precious niece who is currently in Westmead Children`s hospital. She absolutely loved her gifts, and so too, did i. These items brought a smile to her face and joy to her heart... and that was precisely what I was hoping for. I cannot thank you enough, Urban Flower x

We were looking for a potted plant as a gift for a colleague who is leaving us. Urban Flower`s online shop with photos that you could actually see the size of the pot stood out against competitors. They has people holding the pots which demonstrated size perfectly. The whole transaction was easy and they even sent a photo of the actual item being delivered on the day of the delivery. Then another notification when delivered.
