Q. What is the deadline for placing an order for the same day?
A. Deliveries to all Sydney suburbs are available same-day as long as the order is placed before 1pm. If you require a delivery on the same day later than this time, please call our friendly staff on 02 9745 1668 to see if we can accommodate your request.


Q. Where do you deliver? Conditions of Delivery
A. We are located in Sydney, New South Wales. From our centrally located store we offer same day delivery DIRECT to all Sydney suburbs generally bounded by; Sydney CBD and Eastern Suburbs, Cronulla, Campbelltown, Penrith, Richmond, Windsor, Berowra, Palm Beach, Manly and anywhere within these boundaries. We offer standard delivery to all these areas and everywhere in between for our standard flat delivery fee of $14.95. We are your local florist no matter where in the Sydney Region your flowers are going! 

To ensure you delivery gets to the right person, please ensure the delivery address and contact number for the recipient are complete and correct. We cannot accept responsibility when incorrect or incomplete information is provided. Our drivers always try to deliver in person, if the recipient is not home, or doesn't answer the door their delivery will be left in a safe place out of the weather. For secure apartment buildings we will try to leave the delivery outside the apartment door, if unable to gain access to the apartment door we may need to leave the delivery in the foyer or mail room. If we deem it is unsafe to leave the flowers and we cannot contact the customer or recipient on numbers provided it will be returned to our store and additional charges may apply for return, and any reattempt of delivery.


Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. For orders placed by phone, or online, we accept Paypal, and all major credit cards; VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners. For in-store purchases, we also accept Cash, Eftpos and company cheques.


Q. Do you deliver on the weekend or public holidays (Trading Hours)?
A. We are open 6 days every week; Monday to Saturday 7am until 5pm. We are closed, and do not deliver on Sundays and most Public Holidays. Please contact the florist with your specific requirement.
