Our website has a Minimum Spend Requirement of $100 plus delivery charges.
Our Standard Delivery fee for delivery anywhere in the Sydney region is $19.95. Standard delivery can occur anytime up to 7pm.
We offer a Priority Delivery options too if you need your order to arrive by a certain time - choose these times on checkout.
Emergency 2-hour and Urgent 3-hour Delivery options are is also available
If an Emergency or Urgent Delivery is chosen after 2pm (our same day cut-off) it will be delivered by 10am the following morning. Unless you call the florist direct to arranbge this for same day.

At Urban Flower, we offer same day delivery Monday to Saturday. We are closed and do not deliver on Public Holidays or Sundays (except Mother's Day).
Deliveries to all Sydney suburbs are available same-day as long as the order is placed before 2pm. If you require a delivery on the same day later than this time, please call our friendly staff on 02 9745 1668 to see if we can accommodate your request.
To ensure you delivery gets to the right person, please ensure the delivery address and contact number for the recipient are complete and correct. We cannot accept responsibility when incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
Our drivers always try to deliver in person, if the recipient is not home, or doesn't answer the door their delivery will be left in a safe place out of the weather.
For secure apartment buildings we will try to leave the delivery outside the apartment door, if unable to gain access to the apartment door we may need to leave the delivery in the foyer or mail room.
If we deem it is unsafe to leave the flowers and we cannot contact the customer or recipient on numbers provided it will be returned to our store and additional charges may apply for return, and any reattempt of delivery.
We are located in Sydney, New South Wales. From our centrally located store we offer same day delivery direct to all Sydney suburbs generally bounded by; Sydney CBD and Eastern Suburbs, Cronulla, Campbelltown, Penrith, Richmond, Windsor, Berowra, Palm Beach, Manly and anywhere within these boundaries. We offer standard delivery to all these areas and everywhere in between for our standard flat delivery fee of $19.95. We are your local florist no matter where in the Sydney Region your flowers are going!
