Cobbitty is a rural village in the Camden council area, around 60 kilometres south-west of the Sydney CBD. It is one of the older settlements in the district. St Paul's Church dates from the 1840s and still stands on Cobbitty Road, and the village keeps its country character amid the horse studs of the Nepean valley.
We buy at the Sydney Flower Markets first thing, which is the whole reason we can send something to Cobbitty that was cut a day or two ago rather than a fortnight.
