Everything works so well from the website which shows exactly what you are ordering, to the communication which is thorough and quick, right down to the text letting you know the flowers have been delivered and sending through a photo of the bouquet. All that aside, the main thing is their bouquets are original, creative and fabulous and they thrill the recipient which is all one could hope for in a florist delivery. Urban Flowers make me look really really good and I am very grateful.

It`s really important to me that the delivery is done right and the flowers and gifts are exactly what I was looking for. I`m in Washington DC and my mother is in Lane Cove. It`s difficult to just "drop in with a bouquet" so I`m grateful that I have a company as dependable and easy to deal with as Urban Flower. Thanks again to all of you!
