To be honest, the bouquet that was sent was very small for the money. Also I paid extra for it to arrive in the morning and it didn`t.

They sent me a photo of the arrangement once it was ready to send. They also sent me another text soon after delivering the flowers. The arrangement looked just like the one I chose. Very often you don’t get what you pay for with other florist but here what you ordered & paid for was what you got. Thank you Urban flowers.

I was promptly called by Urban Flowers and they solved the issue superbly! I opted to have the flower`s delivered the next day, although, they were ready to have the flowers delivered to an alternate address! Thank you so much. The flowers were adored by the recipient :)
