I phoned and spoke to a helpful employee who took my order. I was concerned that delivery might be difficult but she explained how this had been done in the past and I was satisfied. Photos of the ordered plant were sent to my phone. Later in the day I phoned the recipient and they were very pleased with the gift and how the delivery was handled. Everyone was happy.
