Ordering online and pickup was super easy- upon pickup staff are very organized and have all orders lined up and ready on time. I was not prepared for how big the bouquet was- it is definitely worth the price. Very beautiful arrangement.

However, I sent them to an apartment expecting the doorbell for the specific unit to be pressed - but they were just left at the bottom of the building. I received a text message so had to tell the recipient myself to get the flowers (that were meant to be a surprise) so I would have preferred if you guys had let her know.Apart from that, I requested the flowers to be delivered after 9am and they were so that was great ! Thanks for that.
