My mother was absolutely overwhelmed when they were delivered to her in Sydney, and the substitute product could not have been more perfect. The soap was replaced with beautiful hand cream, which she desperately needed, and the flowers were stunning! I could not be happier ... and neither could my mum. Absolutely perfect in every way. Thank you so much.
