I am very disappointed. Contrast this with Glee Books who received an order from me on the same day for delivery of a book to a friend in the Blue Mountains. They advised when it was dispatched and advised today that it had been collected from the PO Box to which it was addressed. That`s service and the amount I spent was considerably less. The recipient in that case also is unable to advise me himself that the book has been delivered / received.I was informed that this was the only florist allowed to make deliveries to the particular nursing home - not sure if this is contract agreement all the time or whether it has come about because of the pandemic but clearly they have this business sewn up.

Ordered 1/2 a dozen of red roses for a friend who postponed her dream wedding because of the Coronavirus. She couldn’t get over how beautiful the flowers were and loved the scented candle that came along with it. Thank you for lifting her spirits Urban Flower! I will definitely purchase again in the future :) XOXO
