My daughter loved the arrangement and when she sent me a picture to thank me, I was pleased to see that they were even better than what I was expecting. Delivered on time as well.

Thought I was buying a gorgeous arrangement for my sisters birthday. What happened -Flowers were delivered late in the evening closer to 9pm when my sister was getting ready for bed. Something about a car breaking down! The flowers that were received for my looked nothing like what was pictured on the site and looked like they were worth $20 and bought from the supermarket. Total rip off and I was embarrassed to have sent my sister those for her birthday . Won’t be using your company again

I cannot ask the person who received the flowers to send a photo so we missed out this time so perhaps I need to call before I order next time.

If they have an item out of stock or something goes wrong, they contact you asap, apologize and ask what the you want. I have been ordering from them since 2012 and will continue to do so for a long time. Quality wise, again nothing beats them, they have the best you can get.
