I had to call the store to make sure they could expedite the delivery and then to ask for help with a formatting issue on the birthday card. Both times I received very friendly and efficient customer service. The bouquet was delivered as promised and the flowers were stunning. My mother-in-law was absolutely thrilled. I have to say, the website is so easy to use, there`s loads to choose from with varying price ranges, and each time I`ve used it the images have truly reflected what was sent. It`s so nice to find a real store where you can call people to ask for assistance and who obviously take pleasure in helping and show great pride in their work. Well done and thank you — I have already recommended you!

The only thing I would suggest is to leave a message, email or sms for the buyer when the receiver gets/has received the flowers. I actually had to ring the receiver to make sure they got them, but for the rest great service :)

She attached a photo and they looked truly lovely in a ceramic pot with a ribbon around it. When you order flowers on-line you always have to trust that they will look like the image on the website but in this case they really did! Very happy with the ease of ordering on-line, the speedy delivery and the quality of the flower arrangement. Thank you!
