I then rang the florist & was told they delivered up till 7pm. She rang me at 8.30pm upon heading to bed & found they were at the front door. She was waiting all day for these & arrived so late at night. I wouldn’t ordered flowers from you again. Was very, very disappointed

Just some feedback: If you’d like to provide that little bit of great customer service, a photo of the finished product to the purchaser before delivering flowers would be an amazing touch to the service and would be greatly appreciated by your customers

The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. It was ordered as a farewell gift for a colleague and a number of people asked where I ordered it from. Highly recommend.
