Really. Never mind the gorgeous flowers that were ready just three hours after they opened shop. Never mind the photo they sent me of my order, held gently in a lovely ladies hands, showing they were ready for delivery. Never mind that they contacted me personally via text to clarify information needed. Never mind the fact that they went out of their way to deliver them to a completely different address when mum was released early from the hospital and they missed her. The best part? Their website. I tried once, only once to place an overseas order to Sydney from California. It worked. In one try. It was an amazing experience.

I ordered three custom bouquets and provided some direction regarding preferred color schemes and florals via email and phone. The team was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful, even sending me a photo of each bouquet before delivery. My friends absolutely loved the final chosen deliveries as well. Keep up the excellent work, team!

It was great being able to look through your pictures to make a decision on what to purchase. I really appreciated receiving a picture in real time of the flower arrangement before they were delivered, which was an unexpected highlight. I will definitely use Urban Flower again.

I’ve used Urban Flowers a few times now and I’d never purchase flowers from anywhere else. The flowers are always beautiful and fresh and the best part is receiving a photo of your flowers the morning of your delivery so you know exactly what your recipient will be receiving. Cannot recommend Urban Flower enough.
