The srevice was amazing the lady that I spoke with was very helpful I never felt rushed or that I was wasting her time. I have now used Urban Flowers 4 times for different occasions and have never been disappointed and the recievers of the arrangements have all been delighted, Very professional !! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
