I was extremely pleased with the customer service offered by Urban Florists. the service from start, over the phone to delivery, the following day was courteous and helpful, I live on the Mid North Coast of NSW and needed a floral arrangement to be delivered to a suburb of Sydney. The lady on the phone was more than competent and although I phoned on a weekday at approximately 5.00 pm, my order was delivered the next day at about mid day. The recipient was very happy with her floral delivery which was based on the advice from the lady over the phone. So, many thanks to Urban Florists, and I most certainly will recommend you to any one without any hesitation in the future.
